Brainstorm Blog #3

For the Daydream Video Project, I have a pretty rough outline of what I plan to film this week/weekend with my friends. I live on the hill in a house with my 4 best friends and I thought it would be fun to include them in this video, so all I needed was a location and scene for my video. On my walks to school, I pass by a bus stop which inspired the idea for this project. I plan to have my friends walking normally like they would around the hill on their way to the bus stop. When they get to the bus stop and sit down, they will all simultaneously consume a "drug" that hits them suddenly when as the bus arrives. When the bus passes, you see that they are still on the bench, not on the bus, and the bus acts as a transition into their "trip". They start exploring around the area next to them, everything seeming out of place and saturated. When suddenly they snap back to reality and they are still sitting at the bus stop as the bus arrives again, yet this time they get on and as the bus passes they are no longer sitting at the bus stop.
