For Project 1, I want to aim to create a zine of 8 pages, however, depending on how inspired I feel and how much time I have I would love to make more! For the style of my zines, I plan to go with a retro, mid-century modern aesthetic. I want to keep the color scheme to pinks, orange, red, yellow and with a few touches of blue and green. For my zine concept, I want to keep my zine casual and visually pleasing. I think it would be cool to create a random assortment of silly, sarcastic, and fun phrases and sayings that go along with images that I will create to match my theme! I plan to have this zine be a kind of "coffee table book". I think it would be cute for this to exist in my college house with my friends on our our living room coffee table so that people can flip through it and smile when they come over!
